It is with great pleasure that I can announce that the first book on the physical aspects of well-being has now been published! My new book is an amalgamation of all the ways in which the body contributes to our happiness and flourishing. The book spans several biological perspectives (e.g. genetics and positive neuroscience) whilst also delving deeper in the sociological and anthropological side to connecting with our bodies.
Overall, I am so happy that this aspect of well being is finally being recognised and look forward to pushing the research forward.
